How we post jobs

Every public posting on Muster follows Ontario's job-posting rules, which took effect January 1, 2026.

Expected pay — a fixed amount or a range no wider than $50,000 per year, unless the role pays more than $200,000. Other forms of pay, such as commission, are listed too.
Vacancy — whether the posting is for an existing vacancy.
Artificial intelligence — whether AI is used to screen, assess or select applicants.
No Canadian-experience requirements — in the posting or the application form.
Follow-up — if you are interviewed, you will be told whether a hiring decision has been made within 45 days of your last interview.
Records — we keep each public version of a posting, and the information we send to interviewed applicants, for three years.
