Privacy & collection notice

When you apply, the hiring pillar collects your name, contact details, résumé, cover note and any links you provide, to assess your application and contact you about it.

• Only authorised hiring staff for that pillar can see your application. Access is logged.
• Your information is not sold or shared with other pillars unless you apply to them.
• Application records are kept for up to three years to meet employment-standards record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
• To ask about, correct or withdraw your application, contact the pillar's hiring team listed on its careers page.
